Hello! ~♥ This is a review of the The Face Shop Lovely ME:EX Mini Pet Perfume Hand Cream #01 Baby Powder. Usually The Face Shop doesn't really have the greatest or most original packing designs, but their Lovely ME:EX Mini Pet Perfume Hand Cream are just too adorable. There are 4 different types available, #01 Baby Powder, which comes in the shape of a white bear in a pot, #02 Sweet Fruits, which comes in the shape of what I believe to be a fox, #03 White Floral looking like a cat and #04 Fruity Flora, which is probably a dog.
The packings are all so cute that it was hard to decide which one to get. Each hand cream contains 30ml of hand cream and because 30ml is just a number, let me tell you that the pot is really really tiny. I can close my hand around it. All of them are suitable for all skin types andI do not think there is any difference between the 4 types, other than that they have a different packing design and a different scent each.A pot for any kind of skin care product is always the least possible hygienic solution, but the packing was so cute that I could not resist. I guess since the pot is so small and you can use up the product relatively fast, the hygienic problem does not get too big.The Face Shop advertises them with "High moisture, zero stickiness and excellent absorbency" and I can agree with these statements wholeheartedly. The hand cream absorbs into my skin seconds after I put it on, which is amazing, because I cannot stand having sticky hands. The scent isn't as strong as I expected, which is a good thing for me. It's very pleasant and makes me think more of the scent of a couple of facial powders I have than of the scent of baby powder, probably because there seems to me s lightly fruity note mixed in it. I thought that it was a bit citrus-like before I even looked at the ingredient list and it turned out it actually contains Limonene, which is supposed to have strong smell of oranges. The scent stays on my hands for a while, though I only really notice it when I sniff my hands. There is an English ingredient list at the bottom of the pot, which is always a good thing, though I did not bother to look up most ingredients like I usually do with skin care products for my face, because the skin on my hands doesn't seem to be as over-sensitive as on my face and I don't mind "bad" ingredients much.
This is a decent hand cream that does its job properly, makes your hands feel moisturized and soft, gets absorbed fast, has a pleasant scent and looks super adorable. Can't ask for more and might try out the other hand creams from this line at some point.
