The Skinfood Toc Lipsticks have already been part of Skinfood's selection for a long time, and to my understanding the Flora Tea ones are just new additional shades in a new packing design. Usually Skinfood's packings aren't all that great, but I love rose patterns, so I loved the packing of these the moment I saw them. A typical, embarrassing case of "I had to get it because I love the packing". The Flora Tea Vita Toc Lipstick is available in 5 different shades, and all of them look quite pretty. I picked CR01, which looks like a light salmon/peach tone on the official product photos, as well as on the lipstick itself.I was a bit surprised because, once on the lips, the shade looks quite different, way more pink! Regardless of this I really love the shade. It is not something I already own, and the pink is, while very bright, also very light, so it fits my taste. Dark lipsticks do not suit me at all. However, sadly the lipstick is very difficult to apply when you have dry and chapped lips like I do. It collects in every single crease and makes it 10x more visible than without the lipstick. The result looks good from afar, but close-up you can really see that it does not look all that great.
I tried lip scrubs, lip balms, nothing of these really works for me. Even though the lipstick looks kind of dry and crumbly on my lips, it does not feel dry at all, nor does it make my lips feel drier than they already are.
The wear of this is average, but presents the problem that the color comes off only partly, while a persistent amount stays in the dry creases of the lips and that looks not so great. So you either have to scrub it off completely or refresh it regularly, otherwise it will look really bad. Probably will behave differently if you don't have dry lips.
I guess if you don't have such a big problem with dry and chapped lips, this lipstick might be great. I love the color and how it feels on the lips, just not how it is so
