I bought #VI311 because it looked like a lavender shade in the bottle and I love lavdender color, however, after applying it I had to notice that the color is more of a violet shade. Not really what I expected, but since I already have a couple of lavender nail colors, no big deal.
Something that strikes me as really negative is how tiny the brush is. The whole bottle is rather small, so the brush is small and very narrow too. For someone like me, who isn't very talented when it comes to painting my nails, this makes application really hard. The nail color is very thin and watery, something I did not expect from Majolica Majorca, a brand I know for its good quality. The result becomes very streaky as you just don't get a lot of the color on the brush with one go. With just one layer the result looks quite disastrous on my nails. It's just a blotchy, see-through mass. However, luckily a second layer is already enough to fix the mess, though 3 would probably be necessary if you are picky about your manicure and it takes quite a while for 3 layers to dry. Because the texture is so watery the nail color does not chip easily, however, I had a bit of tipwear at the end of the first day already.
Overall I am a bit disappointed with this. I have seen some nice new shades being added to this nail color line, but seeing as application is so hard and how disappointing the texture is, I am not sure I want to try them out. This is not a product I would recommend, though I can imagine that it causes less trouble to people who paint their nails regularly.
