Give a new twist to the popcorns, which is crunchy, sweet and tasty. The popcorns slathered in caramel with almonds, vanilla and maple syrup is amazing and pretty well go with your kids as well. Easy to make sweet is more flexble because you can alter most of the ingredient according to your liking. The recipe of Caramel Corn Clusters is given as follows.

Ingredients

    • 10 cups popped Popcorn
    • 2 cups whole Almonds
    • 1 cup Sucanat
    • 1/2 cup coconut Oil
    • 1/4 cup maple Syrup
    • 2 tsp Vanilla
    • 1 tsp Almond extract
    • 1/2 tsp Baking soda

How to make Caramel Corn Clusters

Step 1: In a bowl, mix popcorn and almonds. Step 2: In a saucepan, add sucanat, coconut oil and maple syrup, then stir the mixture until sucanat dissolves. Step 3: Remove from the heat, then stir in vanilla, almond extract and baking soda. Step 4: Pour the mixture over popcorn and almonds, and stir gently to coat. Step 5: Transfer this mixture onto greased baking sheet and spread evenly. Step 6: Bake the dish in a preheated oven for 1 hour, then cool and break into pieces.
