Happy Chinese New Year! Although Chinese New Year celebrations run from 27th January until 2nd February, today, 28th January 2017, marks Chinese New Year – the year of the rooster. I posted my recipe for Crispy Chilli Beef a couple of weeks ago, mentioning that tonight I would be celebrating with my housemates – after all, I love an excuse to cook something a little different.
