I love Ice Cream, and could easily sit there with a tub and a spoon, eating until I feel sick. It’s so moreish, and used to be my go-to film snack back in the day – Ben & Jerry’s Caramel Chew Chew was a constant addition to my freezer. These days I try not to buy too much ice cream, as I know how much it derails me from a balanced diet.
