On Monday I got my wisdom tooth removed and ever since I have been forced on a liquid- cold diet. Half of my face is pretty swollen I can chew anything without screaming in pain.

So after 2 days of just eating ice cream and drinking juices I decided I need something a little healthier, thus I came up with this raw soup, which is packed with super food and good fats!

Raw Kale soup! Here is how you can make it.

Here is the recipe.

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 2-3 cup chopped fresh kale
  • 1/2 avocado, ripe
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 4-5 leaves of fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/4 lime, juice
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut

Grab some fresh kale

remove the steel from each leave and wash it with filtered water

Grab some cherry tomatoes

cucumber, peel it and chop it up

Raw Kale Soup

Place all the ingredient in a blender, season with salt and pepper, squeeze in the juice of 1/4 lime, add the avocado, coconut milk and chia seeds.

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Serve your soup in some nice bowls (love my LeCreuset one)
