Raghavdas Laadoo (Semolina and coconut laddoos)

- 1 cup Fine semolina (Barik Rawa)
- 1/4cup Ghee
- 1/4 cupSugar or to taste
- 1 cup Coconut scraped
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 4 tablespoon Raisins
Method:
- In pan heat sugar and half cups of water and make syrup of one string consistency.
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottom broad pan and roast rawa on low heat till light brown keep aside.
- Heat the same pan again and roast the scraped coconut on low heat till reddish brown Keep aside.
- Add green cardamom powder to the roasted rawa and mix well.
- Add roasted coconut and mix again.
- Add syrup, raisins to the rawa mixture and mix. Cover and set aside to cool.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions. Shape each portion into a laadoo and serve.
