QUICK AND EASY MAKEUP WITH A POP OF COLOR : FUN DAY TIME MAKEUP LOOK
Hey everyone this is going to be a quick post, and I would very much like to put up these quick no fuss makeup looks if any of you are interested in such looks. Being the makeup enthusiast that I am I dont like to step out of the house without any makeup, but keeping in mind that I am not going to attend a fashion show or going clubbing, I am mindful of the amount of makeup I put on. But still a girl’s gotta have fun. So I am doing these easy not over the top makeup looks whenever I am in the mood for some color. So here is one such quick and easy makeup look with pop of color for spring time.
Ready or not here I come ! says summer to us. Well with the scorching heat you dont want to pile your face with makeup that will melt down, so after your spf apply a light weight BB cream all over your face to even out the color. Then set your face with powder using a big powder brush.
If you wish to you can apply an eyeshadow close to your skin tone or a shade lighter than your skin tone. Avoid this step if you have oily skin or lids or if you wish you can most definitely apply some eye shadow primer. I dont have such an issue so I am using LORAC cocoa eyeshadow all over the lids and for highlight under the brow bone. I have left the crease area untouched. Use a black gel eyeliner, it is likely to stay the longest.
Now for the fun part I have taken a bright teal blue eye liner and lined my lower lash . And to avoid it from bleeding away I have set with a aqua green eyeshadow from NYX Mysterious Brown Eyes palette. Finish the eye makeup with a light coat of waterproof mascara.
If you dont mind adding an extra step then you can most certainly apply blush on the cheeks, I would suggest a warm peachy pink NYX Pinched kind of a blush.
For the lips I wanted to pull the look together with a pink lipstick. Here I am using Covergirl Eternal Lipstick . There you are done. Its a quick and easy makeup look with a pop of color, and also a very basic makeup which you can easily manipulate to fit your needs. Until next time.
