Pros & Cons of Exercising & Eating Clean

By Geoff Griffiths @mmatraining1980

Pros

  • Get to date fit woman that exercise
  • Have more energy
  • Don’t hate myself
  • Can win fights
  • Physically strong
  • Physically fit
  • Lower inflammation
  • Better mental health
  • Learn new skills
  • Higher self esteem
  • Better oral health/teeth
  • Don’t turn into a sweaty mess walking to the shop
  • Don’t have to spend an evening crying after clothes shopping

Cons

  • Could get hit by a bus tomorrow*. Although I won’t have regrets, as I’ll be dead.
  • *Annual pedestrian fatality risk (all vehicles): ~1 in 47,000 (in the U.S.) Annual risk of being hit by a bus specifically: far lower—possibly 1 in several million, as buses account for only a tiny fraction of pedestrian accidents. Daily risk: even smaller—roughly 1 in tens or hundreds of millions, depending on your location and behavior (e.g., walking in urban traffic, crossing roads safely). Unless you’re spending a lot of time in busy traffic or intentionally taking risks, it’s not something to worry about. More likely to get eaten by another person – probably a fat cunt that hasn’t eaten cake for a couple of days.
