The packaging is sleek and pretty, with the product color actually matching the color of the packaging (it is even shimmery). Another thing I enjoy about this mask is the fragrance; it's not overpowering! I find that so many companies pump their hair products full of fragrance so this was a pleasantry.

As for performance, I have used this mask about five to six times in waiting for some kind of hair miracle to occur; a miracle treatment that never really delivers.
I agree with Kérestase in terms of the treatment leaving my hair full over movement, as this mask doesn't weigh it down. But, I am sorry Kérestase your Cristalliste Luminous Perfecting Masque does not in any way make my hair any more radiant than if I just use my usual shampoo and conditioner, and my hair certainly doesn't feel supple. It craves more moisture!
Overall, I sadly have to say that this mask just isn't for me and for the expensive price tag I won't be repurchasing.
