It takes something really special for a product to become a must-have in my opinion. And nail polish is a market already so crowded it can be hard to really stand out, especially on the high street. But one nail polish line has impressed me so much over the years it definitely deserves a rave and here’s why…

Rimmel do some amazing nail polishes, but the line that really cannot be beaten by any other high street brand is their Lycra Pro collection.
The color selection is incredible and the colours are really true to how they look in the bottle (no nasty surprises here) and they apply like a dream. This is thanks to their amazing Maxi Brush which is fairly dense and chunky for a nail polish brush but it also lies quite flat which gives the smoothest, quickest nail application ever. This brush is better than OPI or Leighton Denny’s easily. The finish is super glossy which means you can forgo a top coat if you are in a rush and the Anti-Fade technology used in each bottle means your color stays just as fresh and as vibrant as the first time you used it.
Up to 10 days wear? I can believe it. I have worn a color for 7 days straight with barely any chipping, so if you want a summer holiday color that you can apply when you land and not worry about for 2 weeks, I could certainly put my trust in these polishes. And for less than a fiver, you could treat yourself to the whole range!
High quality finish, wide color range, idiot proof application and long wearing? Holy grail product if ever I saw one.
