All of us from time to time are faced with difficult situations. Sometimes these problems may seem unconquerable. Looking at the problem from a different perspective can often make the solution obvious instead of impossible. Sometimes asking for guidance, advice, and help from another person can help provide solutions to your trickiest problems. Be patient with yourself and try not to get frustrated. Some problems are more difficult than others and will take more time to solve. I would like to touch base on how to also help our children with problem solving which will be a post in the near future. If you have any ideas yourself I would love to add them.
