Pomegranate And Apple Smoothie

Main Ingredients: Pomegranate and Apple

Cook time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk or substitute soy, almond or coconut milk
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • Sugar or honey to taste
  • ½ cup ice-cubes (optional)

Method:

  1. Wash and Peel the apple and dice into pieces.
  2. Place apple, milk, sugar, ice cubes and pomegranate into a blender.
  3. Mix ingredients on low until well blended. If needed, stop the blender and stir mixture away from the sides and near the blade
  4. Serve immediately.
