I have been gravitating a lot towards pastel colors lately. Anything in a soft hue seems to catch my eye nowadays. So when I wanted to wear an A-line dress in a pretty mint shade, I thought about how I can play around with the look and bring a different element to the outfit. That's when I picked up a plaid shirt I have had in my closet since last year to pair with the dress.
The plaid shirt brings down the feminine appeal of the outfit and adds the right amount of boyish charm/grunge appeal to it without going overboard. I have finished off the outfit with a shoulder bag and blush bow pumps.
