Finally, here is the Pizza bread. I'm so sorry that its taken so long. Things have been crazy :-)
Pizza Bread1/2 Cup Warm Water NOT HOT2 1/4 Tsp Yeast1 T sugar1 1/2 C Warm NOT hot water1/3 C Olive Oil4-5 C Flour2 T Sugar2 Tsp Salt3 T Pizza Sauce
Inside Mozzarella 1 T Chopped basil1 T chopped parsley
Toppings:PepperoniMozzarella 1/3 C Parm1/2 Stick of melted butter1 Tsp Garlic Sea Salt
In a bowl add your 1/2 C warm water, yeast and 1 T sugar. Whisk till combined. Let it set for 5 minutes. Now add your 1 1/2 C warm water, olive oil, flour, salt, sugar and pizza sauce. Combine till the bread isn't wet but not dry either. Let it rise for 1 hour. Now cut it into two sections. Set one section aside. Now roll out the dough and sprinkle with about a 1 C of mozzarella, parsley and basil. Roll it up and put it in a greased baking dish. Mix your parm, garlic sea salt and butter and brush top of the bread. Next top with pepperoni, and cheese. Put it in the oven and bake till its golden all the way around. Do the same for the second batch of dough. Eat and ENJOY!
