1/2 C Warm Water(NOT HOT)2 1/4 Tsp Yeast1 T Sugar1 1/2 C Warm Water
(NOT HOT)1/3 C Olive Oil4 C Flour3 T Sugar2 Tsp Salt1 T Italian Seasoning(not the dry dressing mix)Mozzarella CheesePepperoni
In your mixer bowl combine Warm water, yeast and the 1 T of sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes. When it becomes foamy then add your 1 1/2 C warm water, olive oil, flour, sugar, salt and italian seasonings. Mix till it forms a dough. If its to wet add a little bit of flour till it becomes less wet. Put it in an oiled bowl and let it rise covered for an hour. Once its doubled you will take it out of the bowl and cut it in half. This recipe makes 2 loaves. Set aside the other set of dough. Take your half and split it in three even pieces. Make ropes and braid the dough. Put it in a greased loaf pan. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni. Put it on the back of the oven to rise for half hour. Do the same with the second batch of dough. Bake till golden brown. Take it out and let it cool. Put it on a cooling rack till its cooled off. ENJOY!
