Pineapple Raita  (Pineapple Yogurt Dip)

Total Time: 10-15 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped Fresh Pineapple (Ananas)
  • 1 cup Thick Yogurt (Dahi), chilled
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped Green Chill (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Place the yogurt, sugar, cumin powder, and salt in a bowl and whisk together until combined.
  2. Add chopped green chilli and chopped fresh pineapple pieces, mix well.
  3. Transfer it to individual serving bowls and garnish with cumin powder (optional).
