A few weeks back I was fearfully rude about Michael Kors Bags because their various re-sellers round the world kept pestering this distinguished blog with spams, sometimes four or five a day. That was something up with which I would not put! Well, assuming there was anything I could do about it, of course. I conceived, Baldrick-like, 'a cunning plan'. I would counter-bombard them with messages of goodwill-not. There I hit the first snag because it proved almost impossible to track down an e-mail address for them but I persevered until I found one for their HQ in 'Noo Yawk' (I think it was). On digging into their site I found a list of e-mail addresses for over half a dozen different departments. Giving my Henry V speech, I then cried, "Let battle commence!" and with that, every single spam they had sent to me, I sent back to them multiple times because I sent them to every department. I had one snooty response from their IT department but eventually I received a fairly civilised, if non-committal, reply from their customer relations department. Anyway, almost like magic, the Michael Kors Bags spams have stopped!
Lessons to be learned. First, perhaps Michael's bags aren't quite as bad as I intimated in my earlier blog post. Second, Michael is obviously a very nice man and I will not hear a word against him (unless the spams start again!). Third, do not under any circs piss me off!
