Pacific Beer Chat 
From Moody Ales in Port Moody in collaboration with Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks out of Richmond comes their second iteration of the "Pears In White Satin" an Imperial Pear Kolsch. The beer pours a cloudy straw colour with a white head. The aroma consists of pear, tropical fruit, sweetness but dominated by fruit. The flavour is of pear, tropical fruit, citrus rind, sweetness, grain, herbal with a low bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 7%. I am not a huge fan of pears but I do really enjoy this kolsch.
