Today we are celebrating Red White and BLUE! So in this round up I bring you my  Patriotic Pie! 
Patriotic Pie
Crust:2 Boxes of Graham Crackers crushed1 stick of butter melted.1 T of Sugar.
Filling:1 Box of French Vanilla Pudding1 Can of Blueberry Pie Filling1 Can of Strawberry Pie Filling
Homemade Whipping Cream:1 carton of Whipping Cream1 T of Sugar2 Tsp Vanilla

This recipe makes two pies!
Crush your Graham crackers into crumbs, and add your butter and sugar. Mix till combined. Put it in 2 pie plates evenly.  Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Take it out and let it cool. Next take your thawed pastry puff sheet and cut out 2 stars. Save the pastry dough for other uses. Bake till golden. Take out and let it cool.  Now make your pudding according to directions and put it in the fridge to chill. While its chilling you will start the Whip cream. In a mixer bowl add your whipping cream, sugar and vanilla and whip till its a stiff peak. Now take out your pudding and take about a 1 cup of whipping cream and fold it in the pudding. Now to assemble the pies. When the crust is cool add about 3 spoonfuls of pudding. Then add about 1/4 Cup of blueberry pie filling and spread it. Add mroe pudding, and then add strawberry. Top it with your Star pastry puff. Next you can either spoon it or pipe the whipping cream on top. Chill till ready to eat.
