Patisserie De Bain Lemon Bon-Bon Lip Balm (10ml)

By Balmainbeauty @BalmainBeauty
Ever since I read Fee from Makeup Savvy's post on the Patisserie De Bain Sugared Violet Lip Balm here, I was curious about this brand. I lived in the UK for 10 year's and I'd never heard of it, not that that's a bad thing, so I went onto ASOS to find it and as pretty as the Sugared Violet sounded I wanted to see the other product's they had, then I discovered Lemon Bon-Bon so I ordered it as well as the Sugared Violet Lip Balm (I'm going to review them separately).
The packaging say's: Sweet as Candy Lip Balm with pure Almond Oil.Patisserie De Bain Lemon Bon-Bon Lip Balm (10ml)The tube of lip balm is very cute, it's lightweight and smell's like freshly cut, squeezed lemon's. Patisserie De Bain Lemon Bon-Bon Lip Balm (10ml)The tube has an applicator tip on an angle, you don't need to squeeze it too hard for the product to come out and as soon as it does the lemon scent is intoxicating. I'm so pleased I read Fee's review to help me discover this brand.
Patisserie De Bain Lemon Bon-Bon Lip Balm (10ml)Rose and Company make this lip balm. Proudly made in the UK. Patisserie De Bain Lemon Bon-Bon Lip Balm (10ml)My thought's on this product:
Firstly, the gorgeous packing, the lemon bon-bon scent is amazing. I like the tube, it's just the right size for even the smallest handbag or makeup bag, the formula is a little thicker than what I'm used to but it's not greasy, it's not slippery and it's not sticky. I found it really hard to swatch the lip balm so there's no swatch. It stay's on your lip's a nice amount of time but you will need to reapply, my lip's feel soft and hydrated and the scent is pleasant but disappear's, the balm doesn't taste like lemon so you won't eat it.
If you can get your hand's on this lip balm, please give it a try. I don't think, unless you don't like the lemon scent, then you'll enjoy this product. It's not expensive. You can buy here from ASOS. Rose and Company also make a lemon bon-bon hand cream, a moisturising lotion and a candle. The Moisturising Lotion and the Candle are on my Wishlist for next time. There's more product's to discover by this brand and I'm definitely up for trying them out in the future!
Do you have a fave product by Rose and Company?
