My Summer holiday is creeping closer and as the sun rarely makes an appearance in the North of England, I decided to get me some tan straight out of a bottle.
At the moment I am far too lazy to get back into serious tanning (i.e proper fake tan, mitt etc.) so I picked up a gradual tanner I hadn’t tried before.
The Natural Bronze lotion from Palmer’s is quite possibly my favorite gradual tanner I have used. Strong words I know! A usual advocate of St. Tropez, I think this one gives a better colour, is more long lasting and smells much nicer.
Containing Vitamin E and the obvious Cocoa Butter, this lotion is creamy and thick but sinks into the skin in record time. It leaves you looking noticeably browner in the space of a few hours and your skin feels super soft. I found that it doesn’t go streaky or patchy and develops into a lovely deep golden bronze. It is not orange or muddy and looks completely natural.
It is also easy to build upon. Use it everyday for a full on glow or twice a week for a subtle hue. It is great for nights out and smells amazing. As you would expect, it smells like chocolate!
I also like that it comes with a pump, which makes it much easier to use and control how much product you use. It didn’t go patchy in the usual places (inner arms, knees and neck) and lasted well over a week before it started to fade.
A total bargain too, I highly recommend this, whether you are a tanning virgin or seasoned professional. You will love it.
