Shimla has its own beauty which really somehow attract me to visit this vicinity again and again. I first visited this hill station when I was child with my parents but I don’t remember that. After that I went with my friends while I was perusing my graduation from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University. As the total strength of our tourism batch was week we decided to join with our seniors otherwise our trip might had abandoned so for that we talk with our management and got permission for get tripped with our seniors. Majority people wanted to go to kajarao in Madya Pradesh. We made them convince and we fixed our destination as Shimla only.
We all were so excited that we all were very energetic at our bus, we were dancing, singing entertaining each other, we started our journey by 9 O clock and we got tiered by around 4 Am and had rest for a while. Our route was like this New Delhi, then Sonepat and Panipat after that Karnal for where we halted to be fresh up then Ambala and the way to panchkula then Solan after that Shimla. We didn’t go to Shimla first; our hotel was at Shilon Bagh at Kufri-Chail Road. We had our breakfast in Chail after that move to Mundaghat where our resort named ShilongBagh Resort was booked.
By afternoon we reached at Shilon Resort, I was really impressed with the resort. The ambiance was spectacular. Rooms were simply awesome. As soon as we entered the resort we went to the dining room, as we were really very much hungry. We had buffet system over there after having the lunch I was eager to explore the resort. Croquet, card room named Paploo Joint was amazing, there was a huge chess board at the terrace, gymnasium named Nirvana was also quite good. We spend much time in playing table tennis. There was a disco deck also which added boost to our night. Mountain covered with pine forest had added splendid beauty to the surrounding and the Churchandi peaks had added more beauty to the resort.
Early morning we got up and went for trekking a hill were we had to visit a temple named Manoon temple. From our resort it was around 3 hours trek and it is located at an amazing location where you can see whole Shimla as bird’s eye view. After this trekking we went to Kufri , Kufri Is a small hill station located near shimla. We reached but I didn’t liked that place because more than snow there was pony shit all around we had to cross over that shit and the shit was almost till our knees. We didn’t want to waste our time here so rushed to Shimla and went Shimla.
The natural beauty of Shimla reflects the beauty of nature which can’t be substitute anywhere else. While visiting you will get the answer why newly wedded couples choose Shimla as their honeymoon destination. The scenic beauty and greenery spread everywhere can make anyone fall in love and you would never want to remove your eyes from this ambiance. Even though we don’t get much time to explore as we reached Shimla late and only the sunset was most admirable to us. We had shopping from the mall road and had some beautiful snapshots. For my parents and friend I bought some souvenirs and we went back to our bus and left to Delhi. We had our dinner in Ambala at a restaurant named Mirchi, and the food was really amazing I enjoyed a lot. As we all got tiered while coming back everyone was sleeping. We reached back Delhi by 6 Am.
