Outfit: Spring is Canceled

Yep, it is official. No spring in Germany this year. I just returned from pet obedience school and after spending 1.5 hours in the cold I am freezing. We still have minus degrees at night and in the morning and even during the day it never gets above 8°C (46°F), the sky is gray, it's windy and rains most of the time and it is not supposed to get any better.I don't even know what to wear anymore. (._.) 
Even Genki is cold... ;_; At least he was somewhat well-behaved.

Sorry I did not post many outfit posts this month, I hope it will get better once it finally gets warmer, if that ever happens...
