Its getting cold and gloomy here so I took out my favorite ruffle dress for some cheering up. So tell me, are you a fan of ruffles too? They are just so romantic and feminine. They add life to an otherwise flat/tailored outfit and they soften up the sharp edges of structured tops/ skirts. So aren't you in love with them already?
