Suns out, picnic blankets out. We all know that as soon as the nice weather arrives, the majority of Londoners will pack their rucksacks, grab a blanket or anything which could possibly work to sit on (I’ve seen old curtains, towels and cushions) and head to the nearest park – or the best looking green space. If you could take an aerial photo of London’s green space on a hot day, I’m sure there wouldn’t much unoccupied. We followed by example last week during the heatwave, with a picnic on Primrose Hill.
