My experience with the product
Oriflame The ONE Colour Impact Cream Eye Shadowcomes in a simple transparent pot packaging with burgundy screw cap on top - easy and convenient to use. The shade name and number are mentioned at the bottom of the pot.
The texture of the eye shadow is quite soft and smooth, there is no dryness in the texture. It glides smoothly on the eyes and doesn't dry down too quickly, giving enough time for blending and working with it. The pigmentation is good, you don’t need to pack on the color to make it show. The one drawback that almost all cream eye shadows that set have is the slightly dry look they give to the lids. When they dry down, they give a papery look to the skin which may not be noticeable on younger women but older women would not find it flattering – it enhances the wrinkles and folds of the lid. The shade began slightly creasing on my eyes after 4 hours of wear. After about 6 hours of wear, there was some noticeable fading and slight patchiness.
Rose Gold is a beautiful duochrome of baby pink and silver. On close examination one can detect deep pink shimmer as well but from a distance it reflects a white gold iridescence. It pairs very well with bold lipsticks for an glamorous look. I think it would be great as inner corner highlighter as well. It might look too bright on very dusky skin tones but otherwise, it would go well with both warm and cool complexions. One of my favorite shade from the range.
