I know I had been a lazy girl last whole week!!! I was feeling a little low and workplace is getting super hectic these days and I was just not in the mood!! I am feeling quite bad as I am unable to dedicate sufficient time to my little baby “The Pink Pout”, so I hope I will amend myself very soon and do my best!!
Organix hydrating Macadamia Oil shampoo and conditioner
I am sure you must have been influenced by the hype of Macadamia oil in the blogging world for 7-8 months now, So was I and the original Macadamia oil collection was out of my reach and my budget so I picked these two from Organix!
Price:- Rs 625 each for 250ml
The shampoo is Paraben free which is really good, but is full of sulfates and conditioner has silicon’s, which weigh’s down my hair a little. It has a mild fragrance which I like and lather well, but again if I have put on lots of oil in my hair, then I need to wash it thrice to remove all the oil!! Also, I didn’t really feel any difference in my hair even after using both for more than 6 months now! I have noticed it tends to build up residue with regular usage! I have thin wavy hair with a little oily scalp and very dry ends!! It has done literally nothing to help me with my split ends!! Though it doesn’t claim that too!! My hairs are soft after wash and remain that for a day or two and then they become flat and oily!!
Turn on:-
- The smell is nice and sweet!
- The texture is nice for both shampoo and conditioner!
- Free of parben!
- Lather well
- Not tested on animal
- Does not dries out the hair
- Doesn’t causes any further hair fall
- Cheap when compared to the quantity!
Turn off:-
- Huge bottle really hard to finish if it doesn’t suits you!
- Not at all travel friendly
- Weigh down my hair
- Tends to build up on regular usage
- Full of silicone
Do I recommend it: – Hun….. Not really, I use it on the week days when I have no oil in my hair so that it doesn’t flatten them!! This combo is quite an average thing and if u have hair anywhere like mine.. U can easily let go of it!!
