I was in the mood for a bright smokey eye makeup and came out the other side with thise neon orange eye makeup. Featuring the Kat von D Lipstick in A-go-go though I'm not sure that this is really something you ought to be putting around your eyes, so this a do as I say rather than do as I do. I think this is a fun look for those who like to have a bright bold look.
