Skater Skirts have been on my wishlist for a while. So when I saw this skirt on sale from Forever21 in a bold blue color, I had to have it. The best part is it has pockets and I love functional clothing! :) I am wearing a sweater dress as a top (Sweater dresses help take off an extra layer of clothing and you end up being warm and cozy without having to add on piles of clothing)

Handbag - MANGO, Boots - Charlotte Russe, Jewelry - Forever21
I added a fur vest (also worn here), woolen jacket, tights and flat boots. I accessorized the outfit with a heart bib necklace (Forever21 again)
