It's been a while since I have been getting to hear a lot of positive reviews about jabong.com which is one of the leading online shopping websites in India and needs no further introduction. They offer a huge range of brands and products to choose from and have made all these brands easily accessible to people living in smaller cities and towns where they don't have big shopping malls. I also wanted to give them a go and ordered a dress material made up of cotton fabric with beautiful thread embroidery on it.

It was my first time to buy something from Jabong so I tried to play it a little safe and order a dress material because I could get it stitched to fit me perfectly. It's original price was higher than what I actually got it for because it had a huge discount on it. I got it for INR 480 only. Have a look:

I was so happy to see that the dress material looks exactly same as the one shown in the picture on the jabong website. It's a beautiful bright colored dress material with upper in royal blue and bottom in magenta color with golden embroidery and lace work on it. The fabric is high quality cotton and is appropriate for all types of weather. The embroidery is quite attractive and has been done neatly. It has also got lace work on the dupatta as well as on the front panel. I can easily get it's magenta bottom stitched in the form of salwar or churidar because the fabric is sufficient to make any of these. They have all the necessary details about all the products provided on their website so I could easily check the important details like what fabric it was made up of, how much fabric I was going to get etc. I knew exactly what I was going to order unlike it is with other websites which don't provide enough information and you end up getting confused that whether you should buy a particular product or not.The shipping was free and really fast...faster than I actually had expected. On placing my order I was informed that my product would reach me in 7-8 days but I got the product on 4th day of placing the order. Pretty cool !! Isn't it ?
The dress material was packed in a water proof plastic bag and all the important details were mentioned on the packaging.
Overall, I am more than satisfied with their user friendly website, huge range of brands and products, fast shipping and secure packaging. It was my first time so I spent a small amount but in future I can confidently buy more products from this website. Jabong also has some lovely make up brands like Makeup Revolution and MUA which I have been eyeing on for quite some time now so next time I will definitely buy some of the makeup items from these brands. I highly recommend this website to shopaholic people like me to get some lovely goodies.
