NYX PARDON MY FRENCH REVIEW
Hey everyone! I am a huge NYX should not be a big secret to you if you read my blog. I have a lot many tutorials using NYX products. Be it there eyeshadow base, blushes, lipsticks, eyeshadows, jumbo pencils..the list goes on. I have been wanting to review this particular eyeshadow palette from quiet some time but wasnt able to get to it. NYX PARDON MY FRENCH is an assortment of nine neutral and green and gold eye shadows.
PRICE : NYX Pardon My French palette retails for $9.99 USD.
NYX LOVE IN PARIS range has 12 eyeshadow palettes with different color combinations. So good luck picking up your favorite. They are all nice. Me being a neutral lover went for NYX PARDON MY FRENCH palette which is a mix of neutrals and some color.
The palette has a transparent lid with a cute bow to snap shut the palette. The packaging is quiet sturdy and travel friendly. The
NYX PARDON MY FRENCH comprises of nine eyeshadows.

The pigmentation as goes with NYX reputation is good. All the swatches in this post are without any base. Even the lighter shades that normally dont show up in so many eyeshadows , they showed up well on the skin that too without any base.
All the shades except for the brown/black eyeshadow have gold shimmer/glitter into them. The light champagne shade looks very interesting because of the golden shimmer into it. The pictures dont do it much justice, but up close it looks beautiful.
The texture of these eyeshadows however leave something more to be desired. Not all of them just a couple of them, I found the deep cranberry kind of eyeshadow did not blend that easily, nothing too weird it just takes a bit more time. And the light olive green eyeshadow did not glide on that effortlessly. Other than that all is well in the NYX LOVE IN PARIS PARDON MY FRENCH palette.
NYX PARDON MY FRENCH
The staying power is decent on these eyeshadows, I have worn them all day no complaints. However I have always used them underneath an eye primer or base.
So overall I like the NYX Pardon My French Palette. It isnt a must have palette but the colors do offer a lot of variety to create multiple looks. Until next time…
