On a normal day-to-day basis, I am not the one that get’s up for work and goes all out with my make-up. I don’t think I could ever be “that girl”.
I think the quote “less is more” always stands true to itself, and that you should represent who you are by representing your natural-self.
I remember being 16, and thinking that make-up was literally the greatest thing in the world, and my mom would always yell at me saying, “stop getting eye-shadow all over the car!”, but of coarse being 16 back then, we thought putting our hair in pig-tails, and wearing glitter outfits was only the coolest trend around.
For the spring and summer seasons though, you want to try to keep your make-up as light as possible, using less as possible.
When you load on make-up during hot summer days, your skin will just end up getting irritated, oily, and may even start to break out, which is what we don’t want.
Here are a few of my favorite eye-shadow palettes, that literally all you need is one small dab on your eye-shadow brush.
These are both from BA Star Professional Make-Up, and the reason why I wanted to introduce you guys to these is because the colors ( even though they look dark ), when applied, are actually really light.
You can barely tell that eye-shadow is on, and you can barely tell you’re even wearing anything on your lids.
