Hey Girls..
This time unlike the usual beauty related posts, I'm sharing my 2 months hard work behind my newly toned body.
My Workout Regimen and Diet : Results - Toned body

Let me tell you that I am a short girl :/

I am 5'2" tall and built slim. I am not stick thin but I'm the healthy side of slim/thin. :D
Due to my irregular food habits and lack of sleep and mostly because of my working hours, I have put on weight.
I was 47kgs and I became 49.4 kgs in some months.
After realizing that my body is becoming fluffy (yeah, I observed it when I was putting on my old clothes :/) and that too after too many people saying me that I've put on weight.. I firmly made a decision!
Forget about losing weight, let me tone it up!!! These were my words on my mobile screen note and written near my desk , just beside my dressing mirror lol wherever and whenever I could find some time to look around.

Okay, the beginning:

First Thing to do!!!
>>>Hit the gym!
And I did. I started working out for 1 to 1:30 hours daily. Five times a week. Weekend is dedicated to other activity.
Second Thing:
I started eating loads of veggies and boiled food rather the fried ones(KFC is an exception :D I love it anyday )
Third Thing:
Never back down :D yeah, motivation/inspiration.

Now let me explain you in detail.

At home:
In the morning for half and hour - I do some stretching exercises,skipping(100-150 fast counts) and 6 sets of weight training with 1.75kgs dumbbells.
At gym:
I run/brisk walk on treadmill till the distance covered shows 2kms.
Then I again do the weight training with dumbbells. This time its 10 sets of 5 different style exercises.
Next comes the no equipment part:
I do 50-100 crunches,squats,jumping jack,Lunges with chest flies(forward and backwards)
12 Side planks and the tummy tuck exercises for abs.

I always do a total body workout so, the list is a bit lengthy.

Meanwhile, if I feel too bored of the regular routine I skip a day of gym and hit the swimming pool and swim for an hour or so. Else I hit the aerobics studio and yay yay I become super sweaty in an hour.

On weekends,

I play badminton or simply walk around our colony for some rough half an hour.

This is how I've spent two months and that showed up on my body.

These are few videos which I follow the most!!!

Note:

Make sure you workout with the guidance of the instructor. If necessary, consult your doctor before starting the workout.
