Multi ~ Task Brushsuper soft with tapered bristles, this brush is wide at the front with slimmer sides, allowing it to perform different functions depending on how you hold it. It worked beautifully with loose powders and bronzer, even for contour when held at an angle with slimmer edge slotted into the hollows of the cheekbones. This worked better with powder blushes, as it is loosely packed too much product is not lifted and quite subtle results are achieved. I even use the Multi - Task Brush with liquid and cream foundations, I just tap some product onto my face and then blend out with light, swirl motions. The foundations look flawless with this brush and it works better than my BH Cosmetics duo-fiber stippling brush. As the brush head is dense and soft, it blends everything like a dream.

Buffing Brushnice soft, dense domed brush with a little fluffiness to it and because of this, it can be used for application and blending of products. I use it with liquid/powder foundation for a seamless, smooth, air-brushed finish. The bristles doesn't absorb too much foundation like most foundation brushes do. the brush handle is quite thick and feels nice in the hands. the entire set is worth the cash for this brush alone, though I really wish it was available as a single purchase.

Essential Crease Brushsoft, dense dome tapered head allows precision and control blending of eyeshadow. This is the brush I am most excited to try, as it is new release included and exclusive to this set. Smaller than a standard crease brush, this is packed more densely for flawless blending. This can be also be used to smudge shadow along the lashline or blend powder over a gel liner for a softer effect. This brush will definitely help you with blending the eyeshadow on the crease line without any harsh edges. Samantha Chapman also compares this with the much raved MAC 217 brush. This brush is a set exclusive and would have been incredibly popular if it was released separately.

Setting BrushSoft, tapered dome bristles. It looks like a larger version of Essential Crease Brush. I use this brush to set my under eye concealer, I simply swirl it around the pan of powder and dust the powder on my under eyes and anywhere I have used concealer. This brush can also be used to contour and highlight the side of the nose, brow bone and cupid's bow. The brush is light so that nothing cakes/smudges.

Pointed Foundation BrushLong, flat, tapered paddle brush. This is too small for applying foundation. I found a much better use of this brush rather than applying foundation, I use it for applying and blending concealer. I use the tip of the brush to apply the concealer directly to my skin and then use the flat sides to blend the concealer with short and soft strokes for a seamless finish. It is soft yet firm so you can easily build up coverage in any areas you want.

Fine Liner BrushSoft, firm, stiff bristles for precise application of gel/liquid liners. The stiffness of the bristles are very helpful for thicker and more dramatic line. The brush doesn't do winged liner very well. I generally use this brush to line my lid. can be also used to apply eyeshadow along the gel line to help set the liner.

Final VerdictI absolutely adore this set of brushes, i like how the single one of the six brushes are brilliant in their own ways. This was my first purchase of the Samantha Chapman's Real Techniques brushes and I have fallen in love with first blend :p  $29.99 is such a good deal for this set of brushes, importantly you are also getting the exclusive crease brush which is beyong imagination. I have heard some bloggers had to pay extra custom charges for ordering from iherb.com, but I didn't have to pay anything extra and further my order reaches me in 3 days (that's really fast) Highly Recommended!
