Hair & Beauty Magazine
I picked this up ages ago and I can't believe I have only just got round to doing this now, anyway I am going to do a whole round description/review of the second Undressed Palette.
So again this is supposed to be a dupe of the Naked II Palette and I don't have the Naked Palette but I think the colours are pretty similar. I actually think the colours are a little more wearable, for me especially. There are more matte tones, or at least a little less shimmery. The Undressed Palette is very shimmery/glittery so that is better for night looks.
I love that they have names! The first Undressed Palette had no names, just "shade 1..." etc, so this is a welcome treat? I don't know but I think it is just that little bit of detail that makes you like it a little more. On the back it also has a little tutorial.
So you can see that the darker colours are a little more pigmented than the lighter ones, but the lighter ones build up nicely without creasing. My main problem is with Corrupt the black shade. The Undressed Palette didn't have a black shade so when I saw this I was really excited. I thought it would be great to use as a softer option for a liner. But it is awful, the quality is pretty crappy. It has no pigment and when you sweep your finger over it you get no color. The rest of the colours are amazing.
I think it is well worth £4, so I would totally recommend you get it if you have a chance.
I hope you enjoy these little MUA posts, I think it is such a great brand. See you soon.
