MUA Undressed Palette

By Yougottabegorgeousx @yougottabgorgex
Oh hey there, so today I am finally getting round to doing an MUA Undressed Palette review. Now we all know this is supposed to be a dupe for the Naked Palette (Urban Decay) and I have not tried it so I can't really compare but I can make a judgment on the palette without being swayed by other products.
Any way, so this products has twelve neutral shades, most of which are shimmery (2 matte shades).

My first "issue" when I see this is that the shades don't have names! I know this is only little but I love reading all the names and when I write about looks I much prefer to say a fancy name rather than a number.
The packaging is very sturdy and very simple. On the back of the casing is all the shades (numbered) and a step by step look you can do yourself, I really love that little touch as it just seems that bit more personal and like they care.

As you can see the shades go from light to dark. On this picture you can't really see shade one but it does have some really nice pigmentation. All of the shimmery colours are very highly pigmented, but the matte ones are just not of the same standard. The colours are not as nice and the quality is lacking. Fortunately in this palette there are only 2 matte shades. They last for a good few hours, so great for a night out and all of the shades really compliment each other so you can mix and match looks. My other problem is that they crease. I have quite hooded eyes so it seems to crease a little more on me than others but I do find the color kind of bunches up in creases of the eye and slides around. This should be sorted if you have a good eye primer.
Over all I love this palette, I think the quality is excellent for £4! And it is fantastic if you are beginning with make up or want to experiment.
I really recommend you pick it up here and check out the rest of the MUA products.
Thank you, see you soon.

P.s I have a few looks coming up soon with this palette so look out for them and make sure you tweet me with any requests.
