It’s no secret that having a good morning routine can help start your day off on the right foot. Sticking to a solid morning routine on the hardest day of the week is probably one of best ways to make Mondays less sucky. As it turns out, Karen the Cat’s morning routine is very personal and important to her, just like it is for me, and I’m sure like it is for you.
Grooming is very important to Karen, as she likes to look her best. So after waking, she takes a licking-bath that can last anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour, depending on her schedule. On special days, like today for instance, she likes to have her hair brushed.
And don’t forget about breakfast! It’s the most important meal after all. Karen usually opts for her Purina One, but today she felt like splurging… on Golden Grahams.
So take a page from Karen’s book, and start your mornings off, especially Monday mornings, with a solid routine of healthy eating and careful grooming!
