Last week I had a major breakthrough with this blog and my networking challenge interviews. I learned so much by interviewing 27 successful women in 2012. But, I realized something was missing. You didn’t have action steps or the ability to ask my expert guests any questions because the call wasn’t happening live. It wasn’t giving me enough interaction with YOU and I didn’t feel that YOU were getting enough out of my interviews to take back into your work and life.
