It’s that fabulous time of year between Christmas and New Years when I look back at the previous year to review what has happened and then prioritize and plan for the year ahead. I am looking forward to this week of 2011 review/recap and lots of goal setting before 2012 hits! There is a lot I want to do! Before January 1st hits, I challenge you to spend some time alone and just think of where you want your life to go in the next year. What thing do you want to do better or add to your resume? Do you want to network more or try a new career field? Make 2012 the year!
