Sight Surveillance Job Description

Sight Surveillance currently has positions open for Cartographers.  Sight Surveillance is a state of the art onsite tracking system that is specifically designed to track both men and equipment on any given site.

This position is:

  • Field Based only
  • Shift work
  • Day rate
  • 12 hours +/- per day

Tasks:

Mobile Command Center

  • Cartography, drawing maps daily for worksite use
  • Driving
  • General operations of mobile type trailers (similar to RV’s)
  • Dealing with people
  • Handling 2-way radio communications equipment
  • Daily reporting of tasks completed
  • Inventory Management

Working Knowledge In:

  • ESRI products
    • ArcGIS
    • ArcMap
    • Windows Based operating system
    • Microsoft Office
      • Word
      • Excel
      • Garmin GPS Product software
