Instructions

    Bang bang cauliflower

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Place the cauliflower on the prepared baking tray, pour over the chili sauce, and toss until fully coated. Spread it out to a single layer and roast for 30 minutes until it starts to brown at the edges.

  3. Miso glazed salmon

  4. While the cauliflower is in the oven, you can prepare the salmon. Combine the miso paste, tamari soy sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl.

  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the salmon on it. Brush the miso mixture over the salmon.

  6. Bake for 8-12 minutes with the cauliflower. For an opaque, slightly underdone finish, bake a 1-inch (2.5 cm) thick fillet for 8-9 minutes. Leave it in for 11-12 minutes if you prefer your salmon well done.

  7. To serve

  8. Combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, sriracha sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.

  9. Place a salmon fillet on a plate with a serving of Bang bang cauliflower. Drizzle the mayonnaise sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle sliced scallions and sesame seeds over the entire dish to garnish.
