I haven't yet blogged about BlogHer12. Why? I'm not really sure. Well, no. I take that back. I do know why. I just wasn't that impressed. I could have totally skipped the conference and just run around NYC with my friends. But whatev. We'll talk about it later.
So I did what any good food blogger would do, I came home and made something New York-esque . Cheesecake. I actually didn't even eat cheesecake in NYC....what was I thinking? Oh yeah, I just wanted to come home. So I just recreated the cheesecake at home and ate 6, eh 2 of them.
I'll be honest. There are 2 food groups in my life. Cream cheese and cinnamon rolls. I'm like a zoo attraction when they are both around. Just ask my husband. With everything I cook, he always asks "is there cream cheese in this???" The answer is always probably.
These are similar to the mini cheesecakes you see with the vanilla wafer as the crust. Those are uber easy and quite tasty. However, this recipe adds sour cream to the filling (which I HATE, so that should tell you how good these are) and a quick graham cracker crumb crust. Yum.
