I feel like I haven't done a NOTD for ages, so here's Mind The Gap Victoria. I love this shade, it is a perfect Spring/Summer vibrant pastel blue. I do find this to be a little streaky, so I do about 3 really really thin coats. The first couple look awful but when you do your third it evens itself out. I find, when I get a streaky polish I just want to do thick layers and put as much on as possible to the key is thin layers, so you can get more of them. This really does dry quickly, it probably is dry to touch in 60 seconds but I like to leave mine for at least ten minutes between each coat to prevent smudging. Love this shade, and I love Rimmel polishes on a whole really. Now I have finally stopped biting my nails they are in really good condition and I want to expand my polish collection, recommendations of the best affordable brands, colours, types of polish would be great :)
