Stand in the wrong place and it’s easy to dismiss Felice Varini’s work as a fools attempt at an abstract art installation. Stand in the right place however and they’re astonishing pieces of art that seem as if they’re superimposed in real life.

Swiss artist Felice specialises in anamorphosis art, clever eye tricks that appear distorted unless viewed from a special angle or via a special instrument. His art, usually based around geometric shapes is created through the use of a projector style stencil technique the fantastic results of which you can see below.
