- 2 cups puffed millet
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 c ground flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon gluten free vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup honey, agave or maple syrup
Directions
- Grease a 9 x 9 dish.
- In a large bowl combine puffed millet, coconut, sunflower seeds and flax seeds.
- In a small bowl combine vanilla, salt, coconut oil and honey. Pour over millet mixture and stir to fully combine.
- Add chocolate chips and stir them into the millet mixture. (If your coconut oil is too warm as mine was, the chocolate chips will melt in)
- Flatten into 9 x 9 dish.
- Cover and let harden in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Cut into bars and serve.
