Just picked up this Milani Color Statement lipstick in Matte Beauty. One of my goals this year is to expand my lipstick wardrobe. I've been wanting to try this particular shade for a while because all of the swatches I saw online looked gorgeous, I have really been drawn to the brownie nude colors lately. Though unfortunately most of the swatches I saw were on fair skin and of course all colours are going to look different so on my medium-dark brown skin I find the Milani Matte Beauty looking much more rosy brown than it appeared on the lighter skin. Still I find it to be a very easy to wear neutral color.

The formula of this lipstick is really fantastic and not just for a drugstore buy. It is a very creamy matte and wears quite comfortably on the lips without drying.
