This would be a great idea for a relatively low budget getaway for me. I need to find a place where I get soak up some sun and just immerse myself in a totally different culture. A warm climate would be good for a change, and I have been craving for some authentic asian food for awhile now!

I am just curios though, how far is Mercedes Village and Country Club from the port going to Gitbingil?

Thanks.

I would suggest avoiding Kevin's Beach Resort in Kawit as I was met by an extremely aggressive and frightening Filipino man, so we all beat a hasty retreat.
