The idea of following a meal plan is often less attractive the longer the shopping list becomes.
That’s why I decided to use this episode of Diet Doctor Explores as an opportunity to show you how simple the process can be. This week, I’ll walk you through one of Diet Doctor’s meal plans, which requires just five ingredients (or less!).
This meal plan assumes that your kitchen is already stocked with basic ingredients like butter, spices, and olive oil. The focus — at least, when it comes to your shopping list — is primarily on buying fresh ingredients, such as meats, seafood, and vegetables.
Join me as I review the plan and make my own shopping list. Trust me, when I say this video will change how you approach low-carb meal prep.
